Starting Time and Location

Both races will start at 8:00 AM, at the same location. The start/finish and registration areas are located just north of the business district at the Crosslake Town Square. (From Co. Rd. 3 / 66 turn right on Swann Drive by the large Town Square sign/sculpture). There will be parking and toilet facilities available at the start/finish/registration areas.

Awards

There will be an Awards Ceremony at the finish line after the completion of the races. Awards will be presented to the top three males and females in each of the divisions, which are listed below. There will also be a special prize for the first male and female to finish.

The Course

	Both the 10K and the 5K are USATF certified courses. Both races will begin and end in Town Square of Crosslake. The paved roads and bike trail are flat and fast. Two waterstops for 10k runners (~3.5 and 4.6 miles), one water stop for 5k runners/walkers at turnaround (~2.2 miles).	5 km course map	10 km course map	Detailed USATF course descriptions
