Orders can be placed securely online using our shopping cart. . We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, & Money Order. After payment has been received, general orders generally take 2-3 weeks (depending on the size of your order and if it's a customized order). We ship orders via US Post Office with delivery confirmation. Shipping/Handling charge is 10% of your order's subtotal. No s/h minimum. Sales tax is charged for MN residents only.
All of our creations are handmade one-at-a-time. All Sales are Final. No returns. If a mistake is made on custom lettering, a credit will be issued after the item has been returned (we do not pay for the shipping of the item returned). The mistake MUST be reported within 72 hours of the order received, for credit. Thank you!
