Ellie's Seafood Lasagna Rolls
Ingredients

6 lasagna noodles 1 jar (15 oz.) Italian tomato sauce 1 pkg. Crab Delights (flaked) 1 cup cottage cheese |
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 egg 1 Tbs. Parsley flakes 1/4 tsp. onion powder |
Directions

Cook noodles as directed on package. Rinse in cold water and drain well. Combine filling ingredients (everything except sauce and noodles) with a fork. Lay noodles flat. Spread 1/3 cup filling on each noodle, then roll tightly and place seam-side down in a 9-in. baking pan. Pour sauce over lasagna rolls. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese |
