Creamy Chicken Gravy

Like your mom used to make. Placed here for people who don't know how to make gravy… |
Ingredients

1/4 cup pan drippings from poultry 4 Tbsp. Flour 2 cups chicken broth |
1/4 cup whipped milk Salt & Pepper to taste |
Directions

Assuming you're cooking poultry… In a medium saucepan, add the flour to the pan drippings. Cook and stir until smooth. Add chicken broth, milk and seasonings, stirring constantly until gravy is smooth and bubbly. |
Notes
|
Pan drippings should include a good amount of those crunchy, greasy chicken bits - for flavor. |
