The Iron Range Christian Center has established a School of Ministry to help formally equip individuals to carry on the work of the ministry in the body of Christ. The curriculum is from the International School of Ministry developed by Good Shepherd Ministries in Los Alamitos, CA, and is missions oriented. As such, each video seminar/presentation is in two languages: English and Spanish. And we can use it on our Latin America missions trips.
Registered participants receive notes and the opportunity to receive credits towards a degree or diploma. More information about ISOM is available from their website: www.isom.org.

There are currently five trimesters. Each trimester has about 31 hours of presentation with additional time for discussions and immediate application.
COST
To attend the presentation of the seminar and the application/discussion following. FREE
To be registered and thereby get the notes and get credits: $65 per trimester; $325 for all five trimesters.
To receive a degree from Vision University or Wagner Leadership: $150 however, this cost needs to be confirmed with them at the time.
For students who cannot attend the local sessions, all curriculum is available via the internet on your computer for $25 per trimester. This is available from ISOMonline.org, and can be done by registering with IRCC School of Ministry and online, or directly and only with ISOM for their fee of $115 per trimester.
CURRICULUM
First Trimester
A1 - Foundations of the Faith: Rev. Conley is pastor of the 4,000-member church where the curriculum recordings were done. This is an outstanding New Believers class. Basic foundational, doctrinal truths are taught clearly.
A2 - Supernatural Living: Dr. Gill and his wife, Joyce, are internationally-known evangelists and top-selling authors with 20 books and teaching manuals in print. Their dynamic ministry, accompanied with dramatic signs, wonders and healing miracles has taken them to over 60 nations.
A3 - New Testament Survey: Dr. Amstutz, in his ten-session series, covers Matthew through Revelation. After 27 years of teaching this subject, he is highly proficient in illuminating the Scriptures. John Amstutz has been a key figure in the world-wide missions program of the Foursquare Gospel Church.
A4 - Praise and Worship
Dr. Boschman is the author of four best-selling books on worship. He is the Academic Dean of the International Worship Institute and has led worship on several Integrity Music praise tapes. He is also a songwriter and a trainer of worshippers and worship leaders.
Second Trimester
B1 - Power of Prayer
Dick Eastman is the president of Every Home for Christ, a ministry committed to bringing the Gospel message to every home in the world. In this series Dr. Eastman teaches how prayer can unlock every closed door and can open the way for the Gospel to be proclaimed. He also teaches how prayer effectiveness is closely tied to intimacy with God.
B2 - Ministry of Helps
Many refer to Buddy Bell as the pastor's best friend. He teaches believers how to function as the disciples of Jesus did, in the ministry of helps. A must for lay leadership in the church..
B3 - Old Testament Survey
From the UK, Rev. Gornold-Smith has worked for years with the Assemblies of God and with ICI University. He is one of the world's foremost OT Survey Teachers.
B4 - Essence of the Gospel
Terry Law's ministry, World Champion, has focused on penetrating nations with literature, teaching and humanitarian aid. He is well known for his books on music and angels. He covers his finest material in this series.
B5 - Jesus Our Healer Today
Rev. Conley returns to teach another course. In this one he imparts clear Biblical understanding on the subject of healing. This series will convince any sincere believer that the Lord still wants to heal.
B6 - Living by Faith
Bill Winston is a man who lives what he preaches. In 1984, he founded his first church. Later, he moved to Chicago and began Living Word Christian Center in 1989. The church now has a congregation of more than 5,000
Third Trimester
C1 - Introduction
Rev. Berin Gilfillan is the one in whose heart the Lord put the vidion for The International Curriculum. In this session, he shares how The Curriculum can be used to move believers into multiplication growth.
C2 - Church-based Training
Dr. DeKoven is founder and president of Vision International University. His institute specialized in assisting and accrediting church-based Bible training.
C3 - Cell Growth & the Principle of 12
Rev. Stockstill is pastor of a 6,500-member, cell-based church. Stockstill has studied cells around the world. His "principle of 12" Columbia model provides structure for growth, discipleship and leadership development.
C4 - Power Evangelism
Millions have been saved, delivered and healed through Reinhard Bonnke's ministry. signs and wonders follow the preaching of the Gospel. Learn the secrets of evangelism from one of the most fruitful ministry gifts in the world today.
C5 - Leader's Integrity
Dr. Hayford is the founding pastor of Church On the Way in California and is known as a pastor of pastors. He is internationally respected as an author, songwriter and teacher.
C6 - Leadership Vision
Dr. David Shibley heads up Global Advance Ministries. He is focused on resourcing front line shepherds and imparting vision to leaders.
C7 - Church Planting
Dr. Jim Feeney teaches from both an academic and an experiential perspective on the subject. Leaders and potential church planters will discover from this series how to practically recruit, prepare and send teams from a local church to start a healthy new congregation.
C8 - Being Led by the Spirit
Rev. Conley shares practical insights with ministers on how to improve and make their ministries strong. Family issues are covered. Tips also are given on how to prepare messages.
C9 - Promise Keeper
Dr. Ed Cole is the founder and president of the Christian Men's Network. His ministry is powerfully impacting the lives of men in more than 200 nations. This message provided the inspiration to Coach McCartney to start the Promise Keeper movement.
Fourth Trimester
D1 - Wilderness Mentalities
Joyce Meyer is known for her "Life in the Word" radio broadcasts. She has a great ability to communicate the truth of god's Word in a practical and relevant way. In this series, Joyce shows how the wrong thinking of Christians, not just the tactics of the devil, can keep them from victory and their inheritance.
D2 - Developing Leaders
Rev. Houston pastors one of the largest churches in Australia. He is known for his ability to raise up leaders in all areas of life and ministry.
D3 - Cell Group Leaders
Rev. Hornsby has been in ministry for over 20 years. He heads up the Bethany Cell Church Network. This movement helps hundreds of Cell Churches worldwide.
D4 - Reconciliation
Dr. Bernard is the pastor of a 10,000-member church in New York City. Few people are as qualified as he to speak on the subject of racial and ethnic reconciliation. This course goes deeper than race and ethnicity; it also deals with natural and spiritual origins, as well as divine destiny.
D5 - Personal Evangelism
From New Zealand, Rev. Comfort has written more than 30 books. He is perhaps best known for Hell's Best Kept Secret. The videos in this series are a must as Rev. Comfort employs many amusing visual aids to get his message across.
D6 - Spiritual Warfare
Dean Sherman is an internationally-respected Bible teacher. You will appreciate Dean's down-to-earth and solid approach on this crucial topic.
D8 - Authority & Forgiveness
John Bevere is reaching thousands of people each year by ministering at churches, Bible schools and conferences around the world. His vision is to strengthen believers, awaken the lost and captive in the church and proclaim the knowledge of His glory to the nations.
D9 - Spiritual Breakthrough

Fifth Trimester
E1 - Christ Connection

E8 - Managing for Tomorrow
Rev. Wideman is the brilliant administrative coordinator of Church on the Move. In this practical series, Rev. E9 - Ministering to Youth
Rev. Bartel heads up the rapidly growing youth ministry of Church on the Move. More than 2,500 young people come out each week for outreach and ministry. The One-Eighty concept has now been adopted by hundreds of other churches. In this series, he shares teh practical principles that have made this ministry so effective.
