Love of God Ministries was birthed in April of 1987 during a time of intercession for the corporate body of Christ. Having served in the United States Navy from 1951 to 1954, Pastor Cesarek had a burden for our nation’s military people and began praying in earnest for them at that time. Becoming a born again Christian at the age of 51 and being brought out of a mainline denominational church, the burden was extended to pray for the elderly and for those people in mainline churches.

The ministry is itinerant in nature with much time spent ministering to veterans of WW2 , Korea and Viet Nam. Ministry is most often one-on-one and delivered at the Veteran's Hospital and Veteran's home in Minneapolis and at times in nursing homes in the Apple Valley, Burnsville MN area. In addition to this ministry Pastor Cesarek is also the regional secretary for World Bible Way Fellowship working with Dr. L D Kramer.
